Elizabeth Hardin is the Public Information Officer for the City of Lumberton, committed to enhancing communication and transparency between the city and its residents. She earned a bachelor degree in IT management and a master degree in digital marketing, both from Western Governors University.

With 9 years of experience at the District Attorney's Office and 6 years with the Robeson County Sheriff's Office, Elizabeth brings a wealth of expertise in public service, information management, and community outreach. Additionally, as a dedicated foster parent for the past 5 years, they are deeply invested in supporting and strengthening the community.

In their role, she oversees public communications, manages media relations, and ensures accurate and timely dissemination of information to keep residents informed. They are passionate about fostering strong connections between the City of Lumberton and its community to promote engagement, understanding, and trust.
