If your services have been disconnected you must pay in person by cash or money order for same day re-connection. If payment is made online or by phone, re-connection will not occur until the payment has cleared.

If your services have been disconnected and you call after hours to be reconnected an after hour fee of $69.55 and deposit update will be required. You will be required to pay in person by 9 a.m. next business morning to pay the delinquent balance OR services will be disconnected. If your services are disconnected after 9 a.m. additional reconnect fees will apply.
